Check Valves - Corrosion resistant, light weight, full port, high performance check valve.

Spring Loaded Check Valve has a full port design with the benefit of not needing backwater pressure to create a positive seal when closed.  Due to the design of this check valve it can be mounted in either horizontal or vertical positions.  The weight of this valve offers up to 60% weight saving versus metal valves!

1. Check Valve Body

   Corrosion resistant lightweight body makes installation of this product very easy and increases effective payload potential.

    

2. EPDM/Viton B Seats

   The disc is sealed with either EPDM or Viton B.  The disc is also made from composite resin, maximising reliability against corrosive media.

    

3. Disc

   The disc takes advantage of the inherent strength of the resin system to limit the overall thickness and weight of the disc.  Due to the lightweight design, spring loading and material of the disc, water hammer and slamming is kept to an absolute minimum.

   The disc is positioned to fit into a recess in the valve body, which allows for maximum flow through the body.

    

4. Coiled Spring

   The coiled spring is available in various materials, which can be selected to suit different applications. These options include stainless steel 316 and hastelloy providing maximum corrosive resistance.
